This lovely sunny front house sits a stones throw from the beautiful Queens park and a comfortable 1 0 minute walk to the city centre. The house has a 8.0 kw heat pump but its sunny aspect warms this house up so well .
Views of Queens park from full length windows and the veranda are an added attraction .
The master bedroom has a very comfortable new queen bed and double wardrobe . The second bedroom has a new king bed that can split into two singles if required .

Summary: Lovely house in a great location when in Invercargill. Right next to the beautiful Queens gardens which has a lot of areas to explore, yet a short drive to the city centre and other attractions.

Summary: We would give a 6 star rating to this property if we could. Immaculate, beautiful inside and out. The beds were really comfy, as was the living room furniture. Very well appointed and spacious. The front deck faces a quiet street and overlooks a magnificent garden. The property is located 700 meters from downtown, and is a lovely walk. Highly recommend a stay here.
